New Adventures

What fun that it was to start a new year with old friends and some new ones. I know that this year will be a real blessing even it starts out being a hard one.
I am praying that my finances will start on the up side, I am also looking forward to where I need to be in Celebrate Recovery for Christ. He has made me strong and know to find out what he wants me to do for Him this year should be an experience as it always is. for he guides me and makes all my plans before I can even make them. Jesus has it all planned out.
I know that he is there and I just have to grab on for the ride. He has the Wheel as one of those country singers says. which I really appreciate.
I need your prayers as our church goes through more things this year that are both good and bad. Jesus has his had in it and I am glad that I do not.
Also, pray for Celebrate Recovery and come join us if you would like, we meet at 6:15 every Friday night as Asbury United Methodist Church on Staples and Yorktown, we have dinner for $2.50 a plate. We have praise and worship that is excellent and also we have group meetings. All this is done Biblically.

What a crazy year it has been. It has been filled with many ups and downs as I have gone through it. All this year there has been a lot going on with family, friends and even neighbors. I can not say that all was bad. I can say that all of this was a growing experience though. Jesus has walked with me through all things and I have really seen his face this year.
Through the victories that I have been through in Jesus as he has lead me through all the ways and things that I can not do. He can do it all through Him. Jesus is the one that I have seen my life liven through Philippines 2:13 that says that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. AND HE ALWAYS DOES...
I have also seen Victories in my walk with Celebrate Recovery and this has made me strong in HIM and ready for everything.

Rain!!!

Wow!! What a blessing the rain.
After looking for Science stuff. All the sudden the rain starts what a blessing. Now if I could get someone to take the trashcan down to the street what a blessing that would be....
Well, this has been a week of joy,pain, and lots of praying.
This week has been really good and God has really moved in remarkable ways. He has always been by my side and always where we are at in Him. He has showed me that if I just call on Him and ask that he will move to show me that he has everything under control. He has also showed me that I can do things as long as I go for his guidance and not my own.
This is where the joy comes from.

The Pain and the Prayer comes from:
Hearing about Haiti and what happened there. I would like to help there, but, I have no money to help and also I have to be here for my own family.
so all that I can do is get on my knees and pray for Gods guidance there for all the people that can go there and be there. I can also ask that God comfort the people that find there loved ones in bad situations and also I can ask that God uses this time for Him to bring the people that do not know Him to Him, for there salvation. I have learned all this through many,many experiences of my own.
He will move all that God asks for is prayer for his people and when there are 2 or more gathered together there He will be. He is also all the time with you because He is the Lord of all.

Still Waiting

Well, we are still in the house that God has provided. That is a good thing. Yet, we are still waiting for them to do something. I have sent in the paperwork and done all that I can do now it is all in God's hands. Please, keep praying with us.
Also, I have applied to go beck to school for my ASL degree so that I can interpret when I am needed. I also feel that God has lead me here to do this. I maybe 35 Years old but why not.
I am ready for anything as long as my God walks beside me. I know that no matter what he is there and ready to help when I call.
I have also come to some realizations about myself about all kinds of things these past few weeks and I see even clearer some things.
I feel as if Jesus is leading me down some new paths to new places and a new journey for me also.

Prayer Need

Please pray with me that our mortgage company comes down to meet our need. And accepts the payment that I am going to send to them this week. Pray with us that he will move in a mighty way and show himself in it.
I know that he can and will move in a mighty way and show up. For he is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He is my great Father and no matter what he is there and he is always up and even at night in the dark he hears our prayers.
I have learned through a lot of trials that he is always there. I have also learned that I need to lean on Him and not my own understanding. Jesus is the only one that is there and He is always there to be an encouragement to me and that all I have to do is seek His face.
Jesus is my Jehovah-Jireh(My Provider) he is there and he has all my provisions in his hands all I have to do is accept them.
For He says in his word that if you ask that he will open doors and make a way for all of us. If you are looking for something. Look, Ask, Seek and it shall be provided.
So Father I come before your throne of Glory. Father I ask for provision for Finances for myself and also anyone else that is in this situation. Father make a way.Praise you that you already have. Thank you Jesus. Thank you. In Jesus name. Amen.

Helping JUdith finish her speechwork. Does anyone know if lexmark still sells ink for their printers. Mine ran out just know n the middle of it.

Norman's colonostopy went will he is n some pain but will b better in a couple of days. Thanks for all the prayers.
